Make Fresh Pasta with Juli



Learn to make pasta dough, then learn how to turn it into ravioli, pappardelle, egg noodles, and egg angel hair pasta. This is a very hands-on class and all classes are limited to four people unless they are of the same party or same family and then the limit is five persons. $90 per person. However, when you book 4 or 5 people as a group I can offer a 10% discount.

I needed to share our very special experience with our cooking class with chef Juli Lederhaus! We absolutely loved our ravioli/pasta class with her. The intimate setting made the experience truly unforgettable and we loved not only learning her tips and techniques, but also learning her culinary journey and the passion behind her craft. Her story, warmth, (along with Water & Linda) and generosity in sharing her knowledge made the day feel very personal and inspiring. We loved every minute and mouthful of our courses! I went to a fun “Italian Pasta Class” today with two family members and a neighbor. The four of us learned how to make ravioli, angel hair pasta, and ricotta cheese. Everything we prepared was delicious! The class was led by Juli Lederhaus. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend taking a cooking class from Juli. She’s kind, patient and a skilled chef and teacher. Throughout our time together, Juli shared cooking tips and made us feel welcome in her home where she teaches her cooking classes. I'm looking forward to Juli’s sourdough bread class next month!
