Learn to make UNIQUE APPETIZERS: Tomato Galette, French Cheese Puffs, Artichokes with Shrimp, Perfect Deviled Eggs, and more, that will wow your guests, and along the way acquire some great basic skills such as how to make both pâte à choux and, pâte brisée doughs, how to boil eggs that are easy to peel and have no green ring, how to cook artichokes, and many other great techniques.
This is a very hands-on class and all classes are limited to four people unless they are of the same party or same family and then the limit is five persons.
$90 per person. However, when you book 4 or 5 people as a group I can offer a 10% discount.
