Profiteroles and Cream Puff Swans, Pavlova, Pots du Crème au Chocolat



In this dessert class you will learn to make Pate Choux for Profiteroles and also for Cream Puff Swans. You will practice with a piping bag. We will make a beautiful Pavlova with seasonal fruits and pillowy whipped cream that holds its shape. Luscious Pots de Creme au Chocolate is a killer dessert that is quick and easy to make, and will satisfy the choc-a-holics in your group. Finally, you will learn my secret -- quick and easy Warm Chocolate Sauce.

You will take some lovely desserts with you to enjoy after dinner in the comfort of your home, and you can decide whether to share or not!

The cost is $90 per person. If you have attended a prior class, there is a 10% discount for returning guests.
