When you arrive, our little dogs will want to greet you. They are part of the experience and you will be asked to acknowledge this information when you book.

I’m a trained chef and lifelong cooking enthusiast with a background in hotel and restaurant food and beverage management. I attended culinary school in San Francisco and have lived all over the country. I have traveled extensively throughout North America and Europe as well as Japan, always seeking out the best and most interesting foods to share with others.

I am passionate about cooking (and eating of course!) and I love to help others cook better by learning proper technique. I always share my kitchen tips and tricks. Several of my classes include tours of my garden where we pick and use edible flowers and herbs in our creations.

Ice Creams and Sorbets, including Philadelphia-style, custard based, infused flavors, and unique inclusions.

Unique Beverages, including Kombuchas and Shrubs, made with fresh local in-season fruits, and spices.

Homemade Pastas, including basic dough, rolling and cutting, stuffed pastas and more.

Potato Class -- do you love potatoes? This dinner class includes potatoes done many ways to create a multi-course meal you won't believe.

Italian Sauces Class -- tired of buying ho-hum jarred sauces? Want to make a variety of sauces, fresh, from scratch, and easily as well?

Custom Classes. Inquire with Juli who can usually put together exactly what you are seeking.

Class Sizes are limited to 4 or 5 people, depending on the class. In this way you will be able to work hands-on directly with Chef Juli, and spend lots of quality time learning and doing.
